First of all, please open the Virtual Line configuration board by following these steps

- Login to your account at

- Clicking on triple bars icon on top left corner

- Double checking the organization name to ensure that you are using the right company account

- Select the Virtual Line icon from the left slide table to be redirected to the configuration board

- From there, select the right Virtual Line you need to configure, or key in the number in Search bar
