From the Staff App, go to the Settings tab. This reflects the Company Details. Please be reminded that this should be filled up in order for the related apps to work (e.g. Payroll App).
To make any changes, simply enter the new details, then click [Save Changes].
The items with a red asterisk (*) are required fields. Other optional fields are:
- Banking Information - your company's Bank details for Accounting/Payroll purposes
- Expiry Date Notification - when these are set up, you will be notified when a Staff's Passport, Workpass, or other Certification is about to expire. You can schedule when you will receive the notification through email.
- Date of Confirmation Reminder - You can schedule a reminder when a Staff is supposed to be confirmed.
