Assign SIP/ Virtual Line/ Direct Line to Call Recording Subscription
- Log in your account, choose Call Recording Subscription
- On [ Subscriptions Tab ] click on the Plus [ + ] button
- Enter the SIP/ Virtual Line/ Direct Line number needs to be recorded
Continue to [Setting] options
- In Record settings tab, you can choose the recorded extensions in Office Hours, After Office Hours, Public Holiday.
- in Recording Message tab, you can set up to play a voice message before starting record.
Unassign SIP/ Virtual Line/ Direct Line to Call Recording Subscription?
- Click on the Subscription ID number
- Choose [Unsubscribe] button to unassign the Subscription (Virtual Line, Direct Line, SIP)
