There are two ways to change password for an account: from your end (using BizOS app) and from customer's end (using Login page)

1. From Partner's end using BizOS 

  • View the organization that locates the user wants to change password
  • View members

  • Click the Drop down menu at the right corner of the user needs a new password
  • Choose Reset password
  • A new auto-generated password will be sent to user's email address

2. From user's end using login page

Please click on Reset password and follow the instructions to change and verify the new password
