1. Top up your customer account
After getting access to BizOS application, please View the account that you want to add credit in.
At Credits, please click on Transfer. Remember to choose the correct account.
Choose TRANSFER tab
Please note that the maximum amount can be transferred is your Hoiio credits. If the credit to transfer is insufficient, please top up your Hoiio account first.
2. Configure Auto-top up:
In order to prevent credits in your customer account from falling down to 0 and affecting the subscription operation, you can Enable auto topup feature.
Step 1: Click on Auto topup
Step 2: Tick to the box Enable credit auto topup
- Lower limit: when credit hits this amount (e.g. SGD 10), auto top up will trigger
- Amount: number of credit to add (e.g. SGD 50)
