There is a tool to help you to tag a call to a specific purpose. IVR Call Tagging lets you assign tags to calls with phone keypad. Immediately after you finish answering a call, we will call you, record your key presses and match them to tags that you configure.

This tool can be activated once a campaign is created. Please tick to Call Tagging and switch to the next tab

You can also edit or activate Call Tagging later by making adjustment to your whole campaign.

For example, purposes of an incoming call can be 

  • General inquiries
  • Trial request
  • Success sales
