Subscriptions will automatically be renewed monthly or yearly. Our system renews your subscription 7 days before the actual expiration date (14 if you are paying by sales order). If it was successful, you will receive an email to indicate successful renewal. Otherwise, you will receive a recovery email. The recovery email will guide you to try another payment.

If you wish to cancel an existing subscription, 

Choose your subscriptions in a company account:

=== Click on Home, go to [Home] > [Subscriptions] tab> select the subscriptions to [Unsubscribe].

The number will be terminated on the actual date of expiration. Upon expiration (within 3 months), you will lose the number permanently.
