First of all, please login to your account at https://portal.hoiio.com/auth/#/signin
Look for the Main Menu icon (triple bars) on the top left side.
Noticing the organization name on top of the slide table to ensure you are at the right account.
Switch account by clicking on the arrow icon on right corner of table. A menu with all organizations of yours will appear to choose.
After clicking on arrow, you could have the menu like this
From Main Menu, select the Store Box. Then scrolling up and down to find and choose Direct Line
Select your number and subscription plan of choice. Click on Continue to complete the process.
If the number(s) of nation(s) that you are looking for is not in the list, feel free to contact to firstname.lastname@example.org for checking.
Available add-on are Call Recording, with and without customer storage.
Once done, please open the app to start setting up the phone line and enjoy the service.
