In case there is insufficient credits under your Hoiio account, your Direct Line would not working properly. You will need to top up your credits for Direct Line services to resume.

Symptom: Your forwarding call will ring only one (1) time then drop. The reason you need to top up is because the charges on customer are two parts:
  • Monthly / Yearly subscription (for example SGD Direct Line Professional monthly: 10.7 SGD / month) 
  • Usage charge per minutes (for example for SGD - SGD: 1.7 c/m for forwarding call)
