In 2012, Apple modified and enforced their app store policy for in-app purchase. Apple wants us to pay them 30% of the credit topup if we were to allow payment within the Apple app. As we strive to keep our cost low and pass on the savings to you, we don’t see raising price as an option to support payment within iPhone or iPad.

In order to continue supporting iPhone/iPad, we’re forced to remove the topup option from the app. We can't even mention where you can topup in the app. We hope you have found the answer through this page.

How do I topup?

Please login to with a computer, click on your credits on the left side bar, and click [Top Up]. We suggest that you allow auto-topup too. It automatically and safely topups your balance when it runs low.
