The main page gives you a snapshot of all received and missed calls activity for a time period of your choice (as shown below):
You can change the date range and export the results to csv from this page.
- Measure individual Tracker Performance
Click on the tracker name to see the performance of each tracker.
Here you can select a source and view the number of calls for each source (as shown in the image below).
If you are using a visitor/online tracker, you can also see the top 10 keywords (as shown in the image below)
Detailed keywords analysis can be downloaded in csv format using the “Export” button from the main screen
