Sometimes, Hoiio points may take few minutes to be updated on your account.
If you have used eNETS to top up your account,the topup failed to process automatically because your web browser is not configured to handle eNETS payments.
Please contact us at support@hoiio.com to manually update your Hoiio points and for instructions for a one-time configuration of your browser.
