If the problem still occurs, you can follow these tips to troubleshoot it:
Error: Login failed! There is a problem with your Internet Connection....
Hoiio requires a working Internet connection to login for the first time. Ensure that your internet connection is enabled and you have access to Internet through Wi-Fi or GPRS.
If you are on a roaming network, your data may have been turned off. To enable roaming data, refer to this section.
Error: Login failed! Your request could not be processed...
This problem could be a temporary downtime from your service provider or Hoiio. Please wait for a while before initiating another call.

I am able to login to Hoiio on my iPhone 4 but unable to change the Caller ID setting.
