Username & password not matched
You might have entered wrong username or password. Remember that password is case-sensitive.
If the problem still occurs, you can follow these tips to troubleshoot it:
Ensure that the same username and password can be used in www.hoiio.com. If they cannot be used to login on www.hoiio.com, please reset your password.
When typing in numeric password, remember to press and hold ALT and then the keys.
Your account might have been expired if it is inactive for more than 6 months. In this case, you will need to re-register with Hoiio.
Login failed! There is a problem with your Internet Connection...
Hoiio requires a working Internet connection to login for the first time. Ensure that your internet connection is enabled and you have access to Internet through Wi-Fi or GPRS.
To connect internet through GPRS, you might need to configure an APN for your connection settings.
Login failed! Your request could not be processed...
If you are using BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) plan, your company IT admin might have blocked certain access. Refer to our knowledge base about BES to troubleshoot the issue.
If the problem still persist, it could be a temporary downtime from your service provider or Hoiio.
