Auto Top Up (Auto Recharge)

Auto top-up is a feature that makes you not to worry about running out of Hoiio credit anymore. With Auto Top-up, your account will be topped up automatically once it falls below a certain barrier that you specify (i.e. $2). This value added service is provided to Hoiio Phone users for free.

Enabling Auto Top Up (Auto Recharge)

When you do a Top Up from Hoiio Phone app or from www.hoiio.com, there is a switch to turn on auto top up feature. Turn it ON to enable auto top up, or OFF to disable the feature.

When your credit falls below a certain value (e.g. $2), Hoiio will top it up automatically from your credit card. You will receive an SMS notification when an auto top up is done.

Disabling Auto Top Up (Auto Recharge)

You can disable auto top up feature from Hoiio website

1. Login to www.hoiio.com
2. Go to Credits > Settings
3. Set auto top up to OFF
