Step 1: Open Hoiio for Windows Mobile application

Step 2: Select More menu

Step 3: Select Upload Contacts. Hoiio will then read your address book and display all the valid contacts it found on the screen. You can choose to upload all contacts (default) or select only those contacts you want to upload. By default, all SIM and Outlook contacts are retrieved. If you want to, you can select only SIM or Outlook contacts by right-clicking the contact list and select the preferred option. For non-touch screen, a similar option is available in the right Options menu.

Step 4: Press Upload Now to upload the selected contacts. The preocess may take some time, after which Hoiio will prompt you about the result. Your contacts will be uploaded to www.hoiio.com.
