Java Platform: I cannot login. It shows an error: "Username & password not matched".

Possible causes:

  • The password is case-sensitive.
  • Ensure that the same mobile number and password can be used in www.hoiio.com. If you could not login from www.hoiio.com, please click 'Forgot Password' to reset your password.
  • Your account might have been expired if it is inactive for more than 6 months. In this case, you will need to re-register with Hoiio.
