Please refer to here.

It is recommended for the service provider to send the GPRS/3G configuration to the phone. If the service provider could not help to configure for you, you may want to try to manually configure the settings yourself. Note: Different phone models have different steps.

For Samsung:
  1. In Idle mode, tap Menu > Applications > Games and more.
  2. Select Hoiio.
  3. Press More to access a list of various options and settings for your application.
  4. Select Connection
  5. Configure accordingly (based on your service provider here)

For Sony Ericsson:

  1. Go to Settings > Connectivity
  2. Scroll down to: Settings for Java or Internet Settings
  3. Configure accordingly (based on your service provider here)

For Nokia S40:

  1. Go to Settings > Configuration > Default Configuration Setting
  2. Delete all default configuration settings
  3. Go to Settings > Configuration > Personal Config. settings
  4. Click Options > Add New > Access Point
  5. Configure accordingly (based on your service provider here)
  6. Got to Personal Config, select the access point created and press Options > Activate

Notes:

  • Do not enable proxy
  • If it didn't work, try restarting the phone.
