You can use a working Wifi access point with Hoiio.

If you have Wifi and it is not working, check the following:

• Check that the phone shows the Wifi symbol, usually at the top right corner. To turn on Wifi, go to Manage Connections and check Wi-Fi.
• Check that the Wifi access point is working well. Try accessing a website from the Browser.
• Check that Data Service is turned on. BlackBerry has an issue such that if Data Service is turned off, the Wifi access point would be connected, but it will not obtain a usable IP.
