BlackBerry users might need to set a connection settings in order for Hoiio to use the phone's Internet. This setup will allow BlackBerry device to have a direct TCP/IP connection via APN instead of going through the APN configured in Service Book.

1. On your BlackBerry Home, select the Options icon
2. Select Advanced Options > TCP/IP
3. Enter the APN information.
   

   If you are a Singtel user enter 'internet'

   If you are a M1 user enter 'sunsurf'

   If you are a Starhub user enter 'internet'
4. You will need to enable APN. If there is a checkbox, ensure it is checked
5. You do not need to enter username or password for APN.
