Hoiio Number is a call forwarding service. When you are overseas, you can save up to 90% on expensive roaming charges simply by diverting all your calls to Hoiio Number. Hoiio will forward any incoming calls to your non-roaming overseas number.
Note: This service is only available for Singapore and Hong Kong registered users at present.
Note: Steps 1 to 3 are for Incoming Call
Step 4 is for Outgoing Call
You need to get a Hoiio Number
Divert your Singapore SIM to your Hoiio Number
Purchase a local SIM card and insert it into the 2nd phone.
Then, forward the Hoiio Number to the local SIM. There are three ways to do this, i.e. update through Hoiio Mobile app (if your data roaming is enabled), through SMS (if your data roaming is NOT enabled), or through your Hoiio account online.
Updating through Hoiio Mobile app:
For update through SMS, make sure that you receive an SMS notification from Hoiio that your Hoiio Number has been successfully forwarded.
Updating through your Hoiio account online:
Open Hoiio Mobile app and go to Settings > Call Settings and change the Call From to the local SIM card number including the + sign and country code.

From your phone, call ##21#
To verify, call *#21#
2. Forward Hoiio Number to Singapore number
Method 1 Web
Login to www.hoiio.com and go to My Dashboard > Number. Enter your Singapore SIM card number under the
Forwards To field and click Update
Method 2 SMS:
From the Singapore phone, send SMS to +65 9174 9384 with the following format:
Hoiio Personal:
Follow<space><Singapore number>
Hoiio Office:
Office<space>Follow<space><Singapore number>
